Before launching the 340B Pay solution, Kalderos ran three pilot studies to ensure that 340B Pay’s Request and Verify tools successfully supported covered entities and manufacturers alike. In Pilot Phase II, we found the tools were accessible and effective. We also incorporated user feedback to create a more intuitive workflow.
