Ryan joined Kalderos as the VP of Growth after having spent the last decade focused on growth strategy and disruptive innovation crossing industries and spanning from Fortune100 firms to design-thinking/innovation consulting. He began his career working for Cerner where he helped drive new data analytics platforms and has also spent time consulting for PBMs. He most recently helped lead corporate strategy for the US’s largest food company – Tyson Foods – and knows way too much about what goes into hotdogs! He’s passionate about building capabilities, teams, and people with a track record of delivering tangible results in highly ambiguous environments, effectively collaborating in cross-functional settings, and breaking down complex problems into clarity on what matters most.
Lindsey joined Kalderos as Vice President of Customer Success following her most recent role as Head of Customer Success at Tempus where she was responsible growing and scaling customer service and customer success efforts across multiple business lines in a fast paced start up environment. Through her experience in both early stage and global publicly traded organizations, she has demonstrated success building teams, shepherding change, establishing strong customer relationships, and defining and implementing exceptional client expansion and retention strategies.
As chief people officer at Kalderos, Lisa Bomrad drives human resources operations to deliver on critical business objectives that are essential to the company’s next phase of growth. A seasoned leader in the development and implementation of workforce strategies, Bomrad led human resources for other high-growth, early-stage companies, including Homethrive, Inc., Farmers Fridge, Home Chef, LLC, and Meritas, and learned best people practices during her early career at large corporations, such as Aramark and Abbott Laboratories. Bomrad received an MBA in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
Jeremy has exhaustive expertise in drug compliance trends and policy from nearly a decade as a consultant to the life science industry. Driven by witnessing long standing problems in the drug discount space, Jeremy led the founding of Kalderos in 2016. His passion is solving systemic problems of the healthcare system.
CEO of Kalderos since January, 2022, Brent has a 30+ year career in healthcare information technology related companies focused on data-driven solutions. Recently, he was instrumental in leading three such companies (Commure, Health Catalyst and Medicity) through rapid growth trajectories, joining each at the same pivotal stage Kalderos is at today.
Jim brings years of information security experience to Kalderos, including global compliance and organizational and regulatory security requirements. Jim is passionate about information security and protecting our clients’ and employees’ information.
With 9+ years of Product Leadership experience, Scott has built, scaled, and served a number of high performing teams across a number of industries ranging from a decade spent as a firefighter/paramedic to now a decade of stage time building products at various venture-backed startups focused on creating social impact. Scott’s most recent experiences include senior roles at Alto Pharmacy, User Testing, Nerd Wallet, and Delivery Agent. In each of these experiences Scott excelled at solving complex and/or ambiguous business problems via productizing manual, nascent, or otherwise net new value offerings. His industry experience spans across B2B, B2C, B2B2C markets, most commonly within high growth Fintech and Healthtech startups with PLG and/or Vertical SaaS growth strategies.
COO of Kalderos since 2018, Micah has held leadership roles across a range of medical technology companies. His commercialization experience spans more than a dozen global healthcare product launches, giving him unique insight into the multifaceted economic requirements of life science organizations and the ability to help customers realize differentiated value for their organizations.
Ashwin Mundra joined Kalderos after 17 years of leadership at Medidata. During his tenure, he helped transform and grow Medidata from a small startup to their recent $5.8 billion acquisition. Ashwin brings immense expertise in collaborating with customers to help them achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining the Kalderos team as VP of Marketing, Rhiannon has previously served as the Director of Microsurgery at Leica Microsystems, a Danaher company that manufactures and distributes microscopes. Prior to leading the Microsurgery business, Rhiannon led Leica's Marketing for all of the medical segments; growing visibility, conversion rates and ROI during her tenure. Rhiannon left Mead Johnson Nutrition in 2015 as Global Marketing Manager, where she leveraged customer insights to develop global marketing strategies, tactics and messaging that was scaled and implemented around the world. During her 10 years at Mead Johnson, Rhiannon held roles in regional marketing, sales training and outside sales. She earned her bachelor's degree at Miami University and her master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.
James brings expertise delivering innovative products, services and experiences across several industries, including healthcare. He is an expert in design thinking and user-centered design methodologies, and focuses on delivering impactful design to everything Kalderos does.
